Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Pasture-Raised Chicken Wings
  • 1 TB Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup Cherry Jam
  • 2 tsp Liquid Aminos
  • 1 TB Balsamic Vinegar
  • Dash of Chili Powder
  • Dash of Sea Salt
  • 1 Plum, Diced

Garnish

  • 2 Scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
  • 1 TB White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat a sheet pan with sesame oil.

  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Arrange the chicken wings in single layer on the prepared sheet pan.

  3. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except plum, stir until smooth; add plum and stir to combine.

  4. Pour or brush sauce mixture over chicken wings.

  5. Bake 20 minutes; flip chicken and spoon or brush sauce from pan over wings; continue to bake 20 more minutes.

  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
